Decaf De Cana’s Story:

With as much care and consideration as our other speciality coffees, the Decaf De Cana has been chosen for its quality and taste, and is purely single-origin. The decaffeinating process is performed entirely naturally using a special process that utilises a component of fermented sugar in order to decaffeinate the bean, after which the beans are steamed at a low pressure until ready for consumption. Through this gentle decaffeination process, we can ensure the integrity of this Colombian coffee is preserved whilst making sure there’s nothing nasty going into your cup.
